Terms and Conditions
Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior agreement with the company.
The furniture provided in the apartment may not be removed or replaced. Only items such as high chairs, cribs, or extra beds may be added for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
1. Forgotten Items
If our cleaning team finds any personal items left by the guest, the company will store them for a period of 7 days.
If the guest requests to have their forgotten items shipped, they will need to contact a courier company to collect and send them with shipping costs prepaid.
2. Pets Policy
Pets are allowed under the following conditions:
- Guests must inform us during the booking process and notify the office in advance.
- Pets must not disturb neighbors or violate community rules (noise, cleanliness, use of common areas, etc.).
- Guests must prevent any damage to furniture.
We recommend that pets do not climb on furniture such as sofas or beds. If this is unavoidable, the guest will be held responsible. In the event of any breach of these conditions, the company reserves the right to apply charges for any damages.
Pets must not be left alone in the apartment under any circumstances.
3. Check-in and Check-out Times
The apartment will be available from 7:00 AM on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Please inquire about availability and pricing if you wish to extend your check-out time.
If you need to change apartments during your stay, you must vacate the initial apartment by 10:00 AM. You may leave your luggage at the entrance and store food in a bag inside the refrigerator.
Parking and garage spaces must be vacated no later than 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
4. Changes by the Company
The company reserves the right to relocate guests to a different apartment in cases of force majeure, guaranteeing an apartment of equal or superior quality, with no compensation required from either party.
5. Short Stays
Stays of fewer than 2 nights will incur a surcharge, and the full amount must be paid prior to arrival.
6. Deposit Payment
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid within a maximum of 7 days after booking.
7. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies:
– Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance: no penalty.
– Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total reservation will be charged.
Reservations for stays of fewer than 2 nights are an exception. If canceled less than one month before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Once the reservation is confirmed, if you modify your dates and shorten your stay, the full original booking amount must still be paid.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Once the guest has checked in, no refunds will be issued for early departure.
The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in case of inappropriate behavior or serious disturbances caused to neighbors.
